Laboratory Trials

Every solution has to be proven in practice. Only performance tests in our modern laboratory show the possibilities of our innovative mixers, powerful dryers or entire, sophisticated installations. A complete range of test equipment and our experienced staff are at our customer’s disposal for trials.

Manufacturing

The high quality of AVA solutions is guaranteed by our process-technology know-how and by modern, componentized manufacturing – according to our plans and closely supervised by our engineers.
For us quality according to DIN / ISO 9001 is a matter of course.

Installations

In the sense of the AVA full service, we also take care to safely transport of the equipment to its final location. There our supervisor and his craftsmen not only ensure that the installation is up to the overall objectives but also that an eye is kept on the finer details.

Commissioning

Our team is present on site, assists you during trial runs and helps you to optimise your new installation and to prepare it for its daily routine work. We direct and train your staff for operation and maintenance.

Service non-stop

Our range of services nature-ally also includes a maintenance and spare parts service. Tailor-made maintenance agreements are drawn up to suit your needs. A 24-hour service offers additional security.
