Mix reactors (pressure-
and vacuum-tight) from amixon® are CIP and SIP compliant.
High-pressure orbital wash heads automatically enter the reactor.
To save expensive sterile steam, all parts of the mix reactor are temperable.
All components have FDA authorization (CFR labelling). Ruberg-Mischtechnik
meets: 3-a sanitary standards, GMP standards and EHEDG standards
Ruberg-Mischtechnik has a qualification scheme available, and can carry
out qualification per European GMP Guidelines (DQ, IQ and OQ).

Diet foods, nutrition, animal feed
Hygienic, EHEDG compliant design, wherein dry and wet production sites are distinguished; parts coming into contact with the product have smooth surfaces, without joints; nozzles can alternatively be equipped with aseptic flanges.
Corners are implemented as radii with R > 8 mm. amixon® also supplies CIP stations for automatic wet cleaning.
Automatic CIP programs evaluate amixon® by means of bioluminescence detection.

Chemistry, Reaction technology
Optimal heat and material exchange is guaranteed by zero-clearance circulation. Circumferential speed below 1 m/s for goods presenting a dust explosion or deflagration hazard. Mixers and mix reactors are built gas-tight. They satisfy EHEDG requirements for hygienic equipment construction. Construction and design per EU pressure equipment guidelines as well as AD 2000 regulations.
amixon® is qualified as an HP-0 authorized welding speciality shop for processing austenitic and ferritic materials (1.4539, 1.4529, 1.4462, Alloy 59, Hastelloy HC 22, explosive-laminated materials...).

Goods presenting a dust explosion or deflagration hazard can be mixed quickly and with ideal technical accuracy at peripheral speeds below 1 m/s.
Paint pigments are decomposed to microfine particle sizes.
Container mixers and inclined mixers from amixon® offer up to 100% discharge.
Ring layer mixing granulators coat and bonderize powder coatings; continuous agglomerators coat and dry functional compounds.

Fine ceramics, Powder metallurgy
Highly pure oxides, nitrides, carbines and borides of aluminium or silicon can be filtered out of lyes, solvents and suspensions, dried, dis-agglomerated and intensively mixed.
Mixers and mixing dryers from amixon® are extremely abrasion-resistant and can process charges from 5 to 40,000 kg quickly and without contamination. |
