Location

Heritage Park is located just west of I-45 South off Bay Area Blvd. in the Southeast Houston area. With easy access to I-45, FM 517 (NASA Road 1) and Bay Area Blvd., it is only minutes from NASA, Clear Lake and Houston Hobby airport.

Description

A 1,300+-acre master-planned community, Heritage Park houses some 4,000 single-family residences. The community was planned to not exceed 4,300 homes. Begun in 1976 and completed in 2005, Heritage Park has delivered quality housing at multiple price points by such esteemed builders as General Homes, Brighton Homes, Dover Homes and KB Home. Additionally, the community includes almost 70 acres of shopping and over 1,000 apartment homes.

Community Services

Water and sewer service is provided by Harris County MUD No. 55. The 29 sections of lots include four homeowner associations, six recreational centers, three churches and two fire stations.

Schools

Heritage Park is located in the highly rated Clear Creek Independent School District. There are two elementary school campuses and one high school campus in the neighborhood.
