Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve Grand Opening Event

County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle held a grand opening of the new Precinct 4 Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve facility on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Guests were able to explore the preserve’s 40-acre Marshall Lake from Precinct 4’s canoes or pontoon boat, hike or bike the 1.7 miles of paved trails. There were nature presentations
following the ceremony that began at 10 AM.

Mischer’s Mark Kilkenny Honored by GHBA as “Developer Of the Year”

The Greater Houston Builder’s Association recently announced the 2016 “Of the Year Awards” for the home building and development industry and Mischer Executive Vice President of Development and Government Affairs Mark Kilkenny was named Developer Of the Year. Kilkenny was honored at the GHBA’s 2017 Installation Celebration on January 28, 2017 at River Oaks Country Club.
 

Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve Grand Opening Event

Cypress Creek Lakes Zombie Stomp 2016 Raises $15,000 for Cy-Hope

Cypress Creek Lakes held the community's third annual Zombie Stomp 5K Run/1K Kids Fun Run, presented by the Amy Lippincott Team, Gary Greene Better Homes & Gardens Realty, on Saturday, October 29, 2016. The 5K started at 8 am and the 1 mile run/walk starts at 9 am. Over 750 people participated in this fun, family event.

Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve along Cypress Creek

A Harris County Precinct 4 project to turn the Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve into a public park is moving along ahead of schedule.

A partnership between the county and Prestonwood Forest Utility District has cut years off the original timeline with the 80-acre park now on track to be open to the public by next spring, county officials said.

Mischer Investments and Smithco Development have partnered to develop and recently broke ground on a new retail center in the master-planned community of Cypress Creek Lakes in Cypress, Texas.
 

2015 Cypress Creek Lakes Zombie Stomp Race Raised $20,000 for Cy-Hope

The Cypress Creek Lakes second annual Zombie Stomp 5K Run/1K Kids Fun Run, presented by the Amy Lippincott Team, Gary Greene Better Homes & Gardens Realty, took place on Saturday, October 24, 2015. The 5K started at 8 am and the 1 mile run/walk started at 9 am. Despite a rainy forecast, the race took place before the weekend's heavy rains moved in and didn't impact the event.

The event raised $20,000 for Cy-Hope, an organization dedicated to making life better for kids in Cy-Fair who are economically, relationally, and spiritually disadvantaged.
