Vintage Park and HEB Vintage Market to Host Food, Wine & Art Festival, Call for Artists Underway

The Interfin Companies LP, the Houston-based real estate developer and creator of landmark projects such as Uptown Park, and HEB Vintage Market have joined together to bring Northwest Houston ‘The Vintage Harvest Festival: A Celebration of Food, Wine & Art’. The family-friendly festival is scheduled from 10:00 AM to dusk on Saturday, November 7th at Vintage Park in The Vintage located off Highway 249 at 10805 Louetta Rd.

Organizers are currently seeking applications from local and regional artists and craftsmen to showcase and sell their work in The Vintage Harvest Festival art zone. Entry fee is $100 and includes a 10 X 10 tent, table and two chairs. If no booth is required, the entry fee is $50. Go to www.vintageharvestfest.com to register online. “We want our festival to represent the best of local and regional artist talent. We encourage interested individuals and organizations to register online and participate in what promises to be the first of an annual, large-scale community event,” said Melissa Goedde, Director of Retail Management at The Interfin Companies.

The Vintage Harvest Festival in November will consist of a juried art zone, a wine tent sponsored by Brix Wine Cellars, a kids zone with great children's activities, live music and a HEB zone complete with cooking demonstrations providing tips and samples of seasonal recipes and HEB Vintage Market's Café on the Run. In addition, Vintage Park restaurant chefs will participate in an Iron Chef-based competition where they will cook various courses featuring a seasonal secret ingredient.
