Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.’s new element hotel concept is now accepting guests in northwest Houston.
The 123-room element Houston Vintage Park hotel, the first element property in Texas, is located in the 84-acre Vintage Park lifestyle center at Louetta Road and State Highway 249.
The new hotel concept is inspired by Starwood’s Westin Hotel brand, and is aimed at travelers in their 40s and 50s. The property will cater to frequent business travelers who spend at least 30 nights a year in a hotel. It’s designed to help guests feel organized and productive while they’re away from home.
The element Houston Vintage Park hotel has a fitness center, pool, technology center, library and 456 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel is owned by Condor Hospitality LLC and managed by InterMountain Management LLC.
Starwood also plans to open an element hotel this summer in Lone Tree, Colo.
