Pizza Fusion, an organic, environmentally-friendly restaurant chain, is planning to open its first restaurant in the Houston area in November. The restaurant, located at 118 Vintage Park Blvd., will be the first certified organic restaurant in Harris County.

Pizza Fusion is the first and only restaurant chain to mandate third-party organic restaurant certification at all of its locations. Beyond its organic menu offerings, Pizza Fusion also offers a number of options for selective diets.

The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based restaurant chain is searching for franchise candidates to open 75 planned locations throughout Texas over the next five years. Currently, the company has more than 75 restaurants opening in 15 states across the U.S.
