Container Mixers

In the case of a container mixer the container, in which the product is stored serves as a mixing tool. For this purpose, the container is loaded into the mixer and clamped in a certain angle. Due to the rotating movement of the container and the inclined arrangement intensive and at the same time gentle mixing can be obtained.

Intensive mixing effect due to the tumbling movement of the container. Especially suitable in the case of frequent product changes, as the storage container at the same time serves as a mixing container. As a result, it is not necessary to frequently clean the machine. This makes it easy to fulfill GMP requirements. It is possible to use various container sizes in one mixer and the roller tracks can be loaded automatically.

Range of Application

Container mixers are mainly used for gentle mixing of free-flowing powdery or granular products in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industries. In addition, they can be applied for loosening up products that have been stored in the containers for a longer time. They can be used wherever mixing in the original containers is required. Here cleaning effects are of secondary importance.
